We step in around 8 to 10 weeks before the big day, taking over communications with your suppliers, finalising logistics, and creating a clear, detailed timeline. From that point onwards, you can relax and look forward to the celebration, knowing everything is in safe hands.

Handover Call	Call 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss venue, suppliers and plans.
Supplier Contact	Initial contact with all suppliers and venue 6-8 weeks ahead of the big day to introduce myself as the co-ordinator and liaison for any details in the lead up to the big day.
D-Day Timeline Creation	Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline with your guidance so that the day goes according to your vision.
On-the-Day Coordination	I will be present for the full day to provide management and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Troubleshooting	Handling of any last-minute issues or emergencies discreetly.
Unlimited Support	I will provide ongoing guidance, advice, and updates throughout the entire planning process, being available for any questions you may have. I will create a dedicated Whatsapp Group for us, making communication between us simple and easy.
Welcome	I’ll be there to personally welcome you upon arrival at your venue, ensuring everything is in place and setting the tone for a relaxed, joyful celebration.
Post-Event	I will provide post-event follow-up to check in with venue and suppliers

Our prices start from €1750, and all of our quoted prices are inclusive of the necessary travel and accommodation costs for our team. This means no hidden extras – just transparent pricing and the reassurance that everything needed to support your day is already covered.
